Ingrédients

  • 250g de patate douce
  • 50g de poudre de baobab
  • 50g de farine de manioc
  • 1 c à soupe de poudre de gombo
  • 1 c à café de poudre de feuille de baobab
  • 1 c à café de bicarbonate
  • 2 c à soupe d’huile
  • 3 oeufs

Préparation

  1.  Eplucher, couper, et mettre les patates douces dans une casserole avec un peu d’eau
  2. Cuire environ 15 minutes
  3. Egoutter et réduire les morceaux en purée
  4. Mélanger tous les ingrédients avec la purée jusqu’à l’obtention d’une pate homogène
  5. Cuire les pancakes dans une poêle chaude avec un peu huile

  1. Faire chauffer 300ml de miel avec 300 ml de jus de bissap
  2. Cuire pendant plus ou moins 5minutes
  3. Couper des fruits selon la saison
  4.  Dresser les pancakes sur une assiette avec les des de fruits par dessus la sauce mil-bissap
