Préparation
- Eplucher, couper, et mettre les patates douces dans une casserole avec un peu d’eau
- Cuire environ 15 minutes
- Egoutter et réduire les morceaux en purée
- Mélanger tous les ingrédients avec la purée jusqu’à l’obtention d’une pate homogène
- Cuire les pancakes dans une poêle chaude avec un peu huile

- Faire chauffer 300ml de miel avec 300 ml de jus de bissap
- Cuire pendant plus ou moins 5minutes
- Couper des fruits selon la saison
- Dresser les pancakes sur une assiette avec les des de fruits par dessus la sauce mil-bissap
