Ingrédients

  • 200g de niébé
  • Une poignée de bissap blanc
  • 150g de sucre
  • 1 pincée de sel
  • 1 gousse de vanille
  • 1 étoile de badiane
  • 1l d’eau
  • 200g de chocolat noir

Préparation

  1. Laver les haricots et les cuire dans une grande casserole pendant 10mn
  2. Égoutter les haricots
  3. Remettre de l’eau et cuire à nouveau les haricots pendant 10min
  4. Rajouter les épices et les feuilles de bissap nettoyer et cuire pendant 1h
  5. Ajoutez le sucre et cuire à nouveau 20mn à feu doux
  6. Enlever les épices (badiane, vanille, cannelle)
  7. Passez au mixeur et laisser refroidir au frigo
  8. Façonner de petites boules et réservez
  9. Faire fondre au bain marie 200g de chocolat noir
  10. Faites tomber les boules le chocolat fondu
  11. Laissez durcir ensuite faites les rouler dans la poudre de cacao
