Ingrédients
- 200g de niébé
- Une poignée de bissap blanc
- 150g de sucre
- 1 pincée de sel
- 1 gousse de vanille
- 1 étoile de badiane
- 1l d’eau
- 200g de chocolat noir

Préparation
- Laver les haricots et les cuire dans une grande casserole pendant 10mn
- Égoutter les haricots
- Remettre de l’eau et cuire à nouveau les haricots pendant 10min
- Rajouter les épices et les feuilles de bissap nettoyer et cuire pendant 1h
- Ajoutez le sucre et cuire à nouveau 20mn à feu doux
- Enlever les épices (badiane, vanille, cannelle)
- Passez au mixeur et laisser refroidir au frigo
- Façonner de petites boules et réservez
- Faire fondre au bain marie 200g de chocolat noir
- Faites tomber les boules le chocolat fondu
- Laissez durcir ensuite faites les rouler dans la poudre de cacao
